Terms & Conditions

Consultations

Free consultation for a maximum of 3 times according to artist’s schedule

Design Request

  • Design fee is included in tattoo price. Design process begins after 30% down payment is received.
  • Our artist will make a rough sketch based on client’s idea/drawing. A rough sketch will be sent for approval by the client.
  • Any suggestions while design process are very much appreciated
  • Changes only apply 3 times and do not apply to changes to the initial concept. Changes to the initial design concept will be additionally charged.
  • Artist will gradually send the design progress to the client
  • Down payment will be forfeited if client does not get tattoo done at kinktattoocanggu / kinktattoobali

Deposit

  • All booking deposits are non-refundable & non-transferrable.
  • Deposit will be forfeited if you cancel the appointment for any reason.
  • For a major change to your design concept, we require at least two business days’ prior notice, otherwise this will be considered a cancellation and you will need to re-book appointment with a new deposit paid.
  • Deposits are valid for 6 months.

No Deposit Appointment

For a no deposit tattoo appointment is subject to the following policy:

The tattoo artist will only be scheduled to come & work on your design after you arrive at the studio. This means that you may need to wait for the artist. Approximately 30-60 minutes.

Freehand charging

For free hand tattoo (drawing sketch directly onto your skin rather than using a stencil) we charge from the moment the pen touches your skin

Touch Up

  • Free touch ups do not apply wrist, ankle, palm, sole, behind the ear or inner lip tattoo, these areas are prone to dropping out.
  • Free touch ups do not apply to tattoo damaged by wrong treatment.
  • Free touch up valid for one year, only for new tattoo.

Reschedules

  • Rescheduling is allowed with a minimum of 7 days notice for full day appointment and 2 days notice for standard appointment.
  • All reschedule requests and cancellations must be written by mail or messenger.
  • We only allow one time reschedule. Repeated rescheduling will be treated as a cancellation.
  • Deposits are valid for 1 year.
